when i put my footy in the timeline and i play it, and it lagss to mcuh but the audio is perfect can plz tell me what to do by steps im a beginner in using adobe????

@SteezyPopProduction The lag is normal if your timeline editing, Don't use after effects to timeline edit and if you are, wait for the preview bar to finish. I'm not sure about premier but I use vegas to make the cuts and the only way i've found to get no lagg is have your video in .avi DONT RENDER YOUR FINAL PROJECT IN AVI the file will be huge most likely, but if you want a smoother edit then go with it and don't quit
