i know there is a free program that does it, that lets 20 players in a room and in the paid version there is a 5000 player room

As soon as you save a game as a member, your game is "online" and playable by others. To make it multiplayer, click on Multi/Comments on your MyStuff page next to the game listing. You can then START MULTIGAME.
