lol at PCO's expression...he looks like he still pissed off since 1995, when The KLIQ destroyed his career... Degeneration X and nWo changed wrestling history. PCO will never be able to comeback in WWE or TNA because Nash is in TNA and good friend with Jeff Jarett and HHH run WWE's backstage politics. So until the KLIQ still run backstage politics, PCO could train hard,get in shape but he will always stay in wrestling midcard leagues.

@hayabusafmw There are 6 plates of 45 pounds on every end of the bar. The bar is 45 pounds also. So 13 * 45 = 585 pounds ;)
