Can anyone explain this to me, there is a website explaining how to send damaged cash to the Printing and Engraving Dept They will count it identify it, cancel and refund you the value in new money. I have damaged cash that the banks wont accept .so I need to forward to the above dept, However international countries as well as in the USA make it illegal to send cash through the mail and you cant insure cash going through the mail , Its a catch 22 can some one explain to me what to do please
