Man this made me cry! I had no idea Norman had passed, along with Woody. It's so sad! Kleeer was one of my all-time favorite funk groups and I can't believe these guys are gone! They will be greatly missed.

Norman had a personal relationship with Jesus and had accepted Him as his Savior and Lord. Jesus said that if you received Him as Lord of your life, you shall enjoy eternal life with Him. That's where Norman is....playing bass and singing in a heavenly band.

This is very nice. I've grew up with Kleeer and always ran out to buy their albums when they came out. i was a child at the time. I love "Swan" and of course i tell me children, now, if they act up in school i won't warn them-- next time is foreal! i love those guys and i'll miss Norm and Woody...

Also, before he passed, Norman sang 4 songs on a jazz CD entitled, "Bring It Back," by Mike DiLorenzo. You can hear on CDBaby or Itunes.

I worked with Norman for a while in the late nineties. Outside of work we hung out bowling, one of his hobbies at one point in his life in the late nineties. He spoke of his ability to play music, but never spoke of the success he had. That was the type of guys he was, totally humble and one of the nicest guys you could ever meet. I pray he rests in peace.
