some of the stretches are really complecated to do because they hurt my legs to much, i can almost do the splits i am only a fiew centimetres from the ground and then my legs bend, do yu have any reccoended moves for me?? but this was an outstanding video, it helped me get how flexible i am now :)

Hi Ester, to prevent the formation of fibrous scar tissue in the hamstrings, it is essential to reeducate the muscles as soon as possible. A week after a tear you must perform gentle stretches for the back of the thighs. The goal is to stretch the injured muscles and especially to soften the scar so that it doesn't tear when you resume training.

no...i learned the splits and im not flexible at all it will take 3-8 weeks to learn but you wouldn't have to be flexible at all
