  • I was looking for a yoga like this to do better SPLITS! Thank you so much. But I had a hard time digging up this video. Is there any site that your videos are listed nicely and I can look for easily. Love you so much, from Tokyo!

  • Now I cann't do the split, but I am going to try it very hard. Do you recommend to do it first on the right leg and then on the left leg?

I love your videos, I am spanish but I can understand the most of the speech.

  • I'm a little embarrased about my last comment. I have seen again that video and now I understand that you recommend to do with the two legs. Anyway I don't know still which leg is more flexible, so I'm trying with both legs.

    Have a great day!

  • Hi Esther. This video is very helpful! I found it very difficult to do however because I started yoga yesterday. halfway through the video I stopped (only working the right leg) because i didn't want to pass my limits. now that i am sitting here writing to you, I can feel an odd but pleasant buzz in my right leg that i cant feel in my left. I am going to work on my left leg, but i thought i would let you know :) thanks for the awesome videos! :)

  • My leg hurts!XD

  • i love your dutch accent!!!!!

  • Hi! great videos:) I have a question. I've got a hamstring injury in my left leg too and does it mean I cannot/should not prepare it in a split-way or is it good to stretch it as same as my right leg?

  • Hello! I am 25 and have been doing martial arts for quite some time now .... in some places, I am pretty flexible, but I would really love to be able to finally execute full splits. Do you think it still possible at my age? I have never tried to stretch frequently before, but I really want to start now. Have you seen it happen for people like me?

  • Your great this will really help me

  • I love the accent

  • Hey this is realy good how long will it take for me to do them if i do this video everyday?

  • thanks for all the videos, they are easy to follow. Im not flexible at all, could you tell me how to become more flexible within the inner upper leg, by the pelvis? or do a video to show how to be more flexible within the inner leg? thanks!

  • I have recently purchased your improvers video and it is great, I have just watched your splits video, your instructions are so good and simplistic.

  • I really like your videos, but I am very new at this , do you have a daily routine that would include the most imlportant positions plus exercises? I need all the help I can get.. thank you !

  • how long do you think it would take to be able to do the splits for someone who is very inflexible?

  • i can do the splits already but it hurts and now this has helped loosen my mucles so it does not hurt as much thank you for your help and i enjoy all of your videosdo you have or can you make one to get in shape and loose weight ?

  • to irish people it is not so difficult to detect a hint of an Irish accent in her strong dutch accent. 3.48 is a little give away.

  • Super met die boeken/blokken!

  • Irish??? what are you, drunk?

  • Come on, dont make so many good videos, I totally forget to do yoga ;-)

  • I love the video, because i need to get in shape for the next season of balletlessons... Thank you so much!

*Just a question on your accent, are you irish, because you sound dutch...

  • Awesome :)

  • Great instructions again and I love the colour of your shirt!

  • ´Thanks a lot.

  • Thanks Esther! :)

I'll definitely give this a try.

  • I have always battled with my flexibility to the point of not being able to touch my toes. Actually, I could barely get my hands past my knees! Your videos have been such a great help and after only a month, I can now put my hands flat on the floor. My goal is the splits, but that's going to take a very long time! Thank you so much for your videos! Hope you recover soon.

  • haha I wish I knew this when I was first taking ballet and couldn't do the splits well at all. This helps a lot!

  • I am a gymnast and they taught us differently, you have the same lines but instead of toes up we are told to point, but other then that thanks for the lesson :)

  • omg thak you soo much i love u <333

  • How'd you injure your hamstring?

  • Probably through doing yoga and not being aware and respectful enough of my boundaries, unfortunately. I've learned my lesson though!

  • Hi Ester, to prevent the formation of fibrous scar tissue in the hamstrings, it is essential to reeducate the muscles as soon as possible. A week after a tear you must perform gentle stretches for the back of the thighs. The goal is to stretch the injured muscles and especially to soften the scar so that it doesn't tear when you resume training.

  • You´re awesome :)

  • I really like it. Thanks a lot!
