Professor Ramesh is Indian. The accent is believable. The thing is, in every cartoon, all the Indian accents is like that. I am an Indian myself, and I don't think that all the Indians have the same accent. They don't even have to have an accent at all. Some of them can speak Engliah without any accent at all...like me.
