@threehundredryans1 as you advance in the story there will be open slots you will know when these slots are open when someone in the story like example; fredo or hyman roth tell you in conversations that you need to promote one of your men when you have open slots and you already have promoted one of your men if theres space left just find some new guys around your business to hire

When you get to Florida you can get 2 capos, when you get to Cuba you can get 2 capos and an underboss. Is there anyway you can change your family formation? Look at other families trees, there in a much better format.

you go 2 ur family tree press upgrade on the guy u want dead, go 2 the mark for death tab on that screen and then just unpause grab him and strangle him till he is dead or u can just shoot them but where is the fun in that lol. : )

go to your family tree, click on the dude, and go right all the way to mark for death, mark him for death, and that enables friendly fire basically, so just kill him and whe won't come back, then you can hire a new dude

yes, go to your family tree and click you and then go across to mobface - you can change your cloths by doing the same thing aswell ;)

You can and the multiplayer is stuff like team deathmatch and crack the safe. You can upgrade your guy for multiplayer in single player mode and the money you get in multiplayer can be spent on singleplayer.
