  • Crye field pants? How is it in movement? Any gusseted crotch or something?

  • hey, great vid, just a quick question what shirt is that I'm tired of standard BDU tops. don't work well in the heat lol.

  • What plate carrier are you using in this video?

    Thanks

  • Hey man, You should really do more weapon vids. It looks hell-a-cool especially with your sbr. :)

  • @occlicker Thanks brother, it's not always the easiest to get to the range like this where I live.

  • Bad. Ass.

  • is there a muzzle brake or comp on that SBR? if so, which one?

  • @DCPartyKid Just a standard birdcage.

  • This is a very useful item. I've used a similar method to secure my secondary (the shotty).

  • Have you tried that with a more standard length barrel? It looks like it works great with a shorty but most of us cant buy the short barrels. Thoughts?

  • @bshupejr We have tried it, and it works for longer barrels as well.

  • Very cool

  • I like it. I don't know if I like it $30 worth, but I like it. I could do the same thing with old sling parts and a Grimloc for about $5. Still, a pretty nifty idea.

  • @032125 I agree. It seems like a rather simple fix. And I've seen various solutions. Some even use a tiny piece of velcro to secure the weapon.

  • @xitnez Velcro isn't going to hold a weapon securely enough during a fast rope or climbing. Prisoner handling maybe...

  • @ITStactical velcro handles just fine for all of the above.

  • @032125 Cost aside, what's great about this is speed at which you can release it. Using a Grimloc you'd get tangled up.

  • A modified version would be great for wilderness backpacking in bear country. One always needs to keep hands free while climbing or bushwacking, but still have a weapon easily accessible in case you cross paths with an aggressive bear. Until I saw this video I hadn't come up with a practical solution so was always compromising either safety or freedom of movement. Excellent!

  • Big Bend? :)

  • @bmzeider Nope :)

  • beautifully simple piece of gear there... I'm going to go make one right now!

  • Very nice....

  • nice weapon

  • cool, shame i dont have a machine gun

  • Good stuff!

  • Love the intro man. Nice work on the review as always.
