Same thing happend to me. I wrote a song about a family friend with a HARSH drinking habbit, hes had multiple broken hips and car crashes. Alot of the time we will catch him drunk at home.

Short version It was supposed to be country but came out in like a minor key with a rock feel to it.

Yep I know what you mean, even though this song was a challenge for me to sing (at parts anyways). The solo was arguably harder to come up with than the lyrics! I just sorta combined and tweaked a few other little riffs I've played before lol. Anyways thanks for the comment man!
