Thanks for this. I've heard that rasqueado sound on quite a few standard rock acoustic songs, but could never figure out how they were pulling it off. This solves the mystery. It's gonna take some practice, though.

I think I've broken down the basic movements in such a way that most guitarist who are looking into expanding their technique can get something out of this presentation. To my way of thinking, the most innovative device I am using is something that I call "flailing fingers" at around 5:10 of the video.
