You could just use a butter knife and steam the page open. I do that all the time to check other peoples mail lol. Then when it dries from the steam it will be fine.

Find the others at a library first if you don't want to buy them before reading! They're at least worth that.

@alaskafido I'm just going by what the author said. The distributors did not order enough books so they filled orders with unsigned ones. I'm not sure what happened with mine, though. It's unique. I'm still going to contact them about it and see if I can get a new signature thingy.
@cutewitch772 Generally the way books are presigned, is they send a bunch a facing pages to the author, who signs them, then the books are put together, and if everything works right, they facing pages get put in the right place. Every once in awhile mistakes are made as in your case. But that's not the author's fault and not the distributor's fault, it's the publisher's fault.
@Chillitz Yeah, he said certain distributors somehow didn't end up putting the signatures in even though he signed plenty and they all had plenty to put in the books. *shrug*
Technically the printer messed up rather than Amazon. You can return it to Amazon but they probably don't have any more signed copies to replace it with (though definitely check with them). You will likely have a better shot at getting a new signed copy by contacting the publisher and explaining (you could even point them to this video so they can see proof). Either way good luck!
@013Jayne I'm just going by what the author said. Individual Amazon distributors were having problems. Other locations got their copies right. Every copy is signed so anything I get should be, I could go to a bookstore and buy one, too.

You can actually contact amazon/seller on amazon and tell them you got a "defective product" (becuase the pages are in the wrong order) and they should send you a new one.
@cutewitch772 Not sure. Contact the seller and see what happens I guess. I got a cd that was broken in half once. I contact the seller and they sent me a new one with out me even having to send it back.

@alaskafido I'm just going by what the author said. The distributors did not order enough books so they filled orders with unsigned ones. I'm not sure what happened with mine, though. It's unique. I'm still going to contact them about it and see if I can get a new signature thingy.
