How to make clouds in sumo paint

Hey there, just want to ask how to shine on a picture in sumo?i mean, what tools will I use to look the image shining,or polish,something like that..(just new to sumo)..tnx

Your really cool, i just couldnt follow because everytime i alt tab to youtube from sumopaint and then come back to sumopaint, it will turn to some kind of tool and cant change it, so i have to exit the program and redo it again =(
