Please don't fool yourself. Adam is a talented singer, but he's also an attention whore. Nobody who really wants privacy holds a party in the middle of Hollywood in a large room with curtainless windows. They also don't tell the press, "I'm having a huge party, but please don't show up!"

If he really wanted 'alone time' he wouldn't have told the press he was even having a party. He WANTED the paps. He just pretended he didn't.
