Nothing ^^; It was only one factory in China that was producing the aquadots with a substitute chemical bonding agent. The company that owned AquaDots had a specific recipe they were supposed to follow (one that was non-toxic), but the Chinese factory substituted a cheaper, toxic bonding agent that caused children to become ill when ingested.
It's unlikely that the newer products contain the chemicals.
The new ones are pixos and they are fine. Even with the old aqua dots, just teach your water head kids not to eat beads and there will be no problem. Why try to keep everyone from buying a product just because your retarded kid eats beads?
