Ok. lets get this straight. You are now allowed to impede another runners progress by running out of your lane. Simple.
Perry should have been disqualified - the Kallur camp shouldnt have even had to put in a protest. It should have been picked up by the officials.
Kallur lost ground fast when Perry was almost 12" into her lane. She would have finished much faster otherwise.
