Than she took his grandmother's family heirlooms, and convinced his kids to cry rape. luckily his charges were dropped but she kept custody of the kids and he didnt see his daughter from age 6 - 16. he started dating my mom a few years ago, and committed suicide leaving her with the possibility of losing her home, since her income isn't enough to support it.

I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that if you are paying child support and have an honest interest in the disposition of your child then more power to you. If you are a dead beat dad who is just making life difficult for your ex you are still entitled to some basic rights, but don't expect anyone to bend over backwards for you.
Primary custody almost always goes to the woman and that is a long standing tradition you don't have much hope against. The drifter boyfriend is a valid concer

If your ex has filed for legal separation the court is even less likely to look at an adultery issue, I'm not saying it is right that's just the way it is. Judge Bellini presides over domestic violence issues, but the recording of your ex sounded pretty spunky and note like someone who has been beaten. On the IRS tax returns, continued.

I hope some day your son will come to understand his Dad and make sense of what you are going through. Just keep in touch with him and keep up the good work. Remember, while you are not talking to him others are.Hes only human. @SCORNDOGGMELACH I agree with you about not looking for justice in court.I have seen more unethical behavior in court than a cheating spouse.Bellini allows a cheating wife with unsubstantiated allegations&multiple statements of perjury in court while accepting omitted statements(AKA LIES)by Mary Beth Feindt in court.My anger is expressed on here,I mean after all if NO ONE exposes these dirt bags who WILL?If I could talk to my son I would stay in touch with him,THKS BELLINI 4 DESTROYING OUR BOND

Been in a very similar situation. The courts see dad's as having ZERO rights unless you have a lawyer who is (wink, wink) in good standing with the court. Very proactive way to fight the system! Good luck.

im very sorry for both you and your son. its not just one judge, its every family court in the US. the system doesnt care about the kids, is rigged against the dads, and is bias in favor of the owner of the vagina. i love my daughter more than anything in the world, but i wish i had known then what i know now: how willing most vaginas are to use kids like any common tool or weapon and how the system validates their child abuse.
