Is there any research that does a comparison of say 2g per lb. of bw and 1g per lb. of bw? I know there are a lot of people that take well in excess of 1 g. per lb and believe that it is beneficial. I'm currently getting 1g per lb. of bw. Thanks!
Hi Will, I have some problem of digesting protein and it caused me stomach discomfort.What is the cause of this? Optimum whey is easy for my stomach and some labrada products. What is the diference of tis protein?
I have read all your (fantastic) articles that are concerned with post-workout insulin spikes, yet i have not come across any information on how regular table sugar (sucrose), compares to dextrose or maltodextrin. Is there any reason that a bodybuilder should avoid the fructose in table sugar?

You need 25 grams of protein daily but not more than 47 grams in one day. Or you will develop a disease. Protein disorders.

@willbrink Dear Will Brink,

Good and somewhat comforting. I have been "not getting those 30 grams" and still keep going.
