I think that guitar is a Martin O series. It's the same one that I play. They are very nice guitars only his is shiny and polished. I have the $900 model whereas his must have cost 2 or 3 times as much. Martins sound great miked up with no pickups.

Guitar chords are "A" "E" "Bm" all the way through over an over. Tricky to get timing down, especially if you try to sing and play it solo. oh yeah , guitar solo iz E-Z just a slide on the "e" string or "b" string from 3rd fret to 7th then 3rd to 8th, If I remember correct.
