Great!! Well done on the house. Yeah I bet you can save a lot of money since you do all the fix and flip changes by yourself. Awesome! Hope to see more before and after changes.

Can you imagine the complete SUCKER who bought this!? Look at what you just got! You dont know and cannot see the structural damage. No idea when this was taken but if it was in 2004-2005 chances are they probably made 50-100k+ profit.
Let me educate you SHEEPLE: Old home + recently re-done = FLIP = DO NOT BUY! Why be a fool!? Check the records of the last sale! SCRUTINZE! The bank is willing to lend 700k so you sign the paperwork!?
It is COMMON SENSE to see if the house is flipped! You know the age of the house and the Real Estate transactions are all public information! You can go to your county property appraisers website and type in the address and see who owns the property! You can see when it was bought, what permits were issued and when. But even without that if a house is built in 1980 and looks like it was redone you can just tell. It is just common sense!
I fear for all those workers who breathed that dust. My fiancé's health in NYC was ruined after he fixed up his 19th century East Village apartment. Lead poisoning was only the beginning . . .
i'm flipping houses too...just not fixer uppers...i deal with nice ready to move-ins for a quick profit...don't even have to go get hard money from private lenders...you be amazed how big the checks are compare to less time and money spend on investing on a rehab house...sorry i can't share trade secerts
lol...you're trying to be funny right?...sorry I don't buy at market value and there is no using my own credit or money...you think I'm lying but I'm making big profit...if you're a true investor you know how to use "other people's money"!
Thank you so much, you saved my ass. I almost bought this house, thank the lord

House looks good. Seems like you put a lot of money in repairs tho, no? But, I guess if you got the house at the right price you can do that .. :)
