@FlipoutSC if you have watched Dead Space Downfall you would realise that necromorphs can handle bullets, but a few hits from a plasma cutter and they dont get back up. The marines quite obviously had pulse rifles and couldnt take the necro down; and Isaac, bein the badass that he is, just wades in with his arsenal of tools and beats their ass down!

Thought the same thing, and then came the scene with the USM Valor. How come a crew full of military personel was taken down by 1 necro previously injured by Hammond and locked away in a tiny pod for hours, when Isaac, an engineer, that has only access to plasma cutter, industrial saw etc. takes down the WHOLE FREAKIN HIVE by himself...

@benzzodude Sure but when the Valor crashes into the Ishimura it's already full of necros, and the one that boarded the ship wasn't even a flying thingy, just a regular half dead one that Hammond threw into the pod, plus as LuckyShallowStar said, only the flying ray and the marker can turn humans into necros (and they have to be already dead), so either all the crew of the Valor were retards that failed to kill one necro before getting too close of the marker or only tools can harm/kill necros

@RushedTurtle I do own a Ps3 and a 360 and a gaming PC. My Ps3 collects dust, my 360 gets played everyday, and my gaming pc is used for games like Fallout and the like. Bottom line, Ps3 was the biggest waste of money that I can think of. It really has nothing going for it, and the "great" Ps3 games like Drake's, Heavy Rain, and Killzone are ho-hum at best. I did have fun with MAG though. And if you don't believe me, add my PSN, its II Kibosh II or IIKiboshII... idr, haven't been on in a bit.
