We just beat the Aints at home, with the greatest run in NFL history by Lynch and the best outing by a Seahawks QB in the postseason by Hasselbeck...22/35 272yds, 4 touches, 1 pick. I think the whole league has taken the overlooked Seahawks too lightly this postseason. We have a long hard road, but I think we may surprise everyone this year.

it was the correct pick at the time.. they had some winnable games on the schedule and it looks like the Hawks were better than the year before... you could afford to drop 1 game from the prior season and still win the bet.

BOY did he miss that one..... I'm a Hawks fan and I thought we would be 10-6 and have the NFC west title... But injuries can really get in the way of a good year.... All well we got Aaron Curry and a Healthy team this year....

There is rarley any legitimate seattle predictions because nobody outside of their state really knows whats goin on seattle 12-4 or 13-3 jets are easy farve is just carriying hype plus nobody in the west has a chance this year arizona's line QB and entire D is no where near seattle's.

That,in my opinion is why its important to have a good running game because it ultimately helps our light but "speedy" defense. Our run defense should be improved with Mebane and the rook Red Bryant to clog the middle,forcing teams to run outside...which is our "strength" because of our speed. This is Leroy Hill's contract year,so expect his best season yet. Prediction -Hawks(12-4) Go Hawkz!!!

I would easily take the over on the 8.5 wins this season! We will go 8-0 at home and probably go 500. or better on the road. We don't really need a great running game,but a good enough run game to keep the chains moving. The failure to convert on short yardage plays,really killed alot of our drives...forcing the defense to play a whole lot more than expected. Remeber in 05' our short yardage game was automatic with Hutch and Walt. Keeping drives going and wearing out the opposing defense.

the cardinals road game is almost a garunteed win too they should have won that game on the road last year but the fumble costed the game. and also they havent lost to the rams in 3 season what makes you think theyll finally get a lose this year with seattles great defense and the rams awful o-line

Any other season, i would probably agree, or at least say 10-6, but i think you're mistaken on this one. This is Mike Holmgrens last season as Head Coach of the Seahawks. This guy is a legendary coach, and he wants to go out with a bang, and I can't see him going 9-7, at least not this year. Honestly, I say 12-4. No pridictions on Post-Season.
