These are really stand-up lyrics. Tom Gabel tells it like it is, with nothing more or nothing less that he feels. His words tell the most down-to-earth truths, while his voice portrays the most real emotion I've ever heard in a song. I cant get over the way he takes topics that nobody wants to address, and screams that shit at the top of his lungs. He's putting them back in their fucking place, I respect him so much.

Me and my buddies went to see it before we saw the concert later on that evening. We waited outside and the lord himself pulls up in a shitty for pick up with a ratty old guitar case and chewed up pick by his side. He stopped and shot the shit with us outside, after a while the star struck stupor wore off
