He voted against the Patriot Act.
He voted against regulating the Internet.
He voted against the Iraq war.
He does not participate in the lucrative congressional pension program.
He returns a portion of his annual congressional office budget to the U.S. treasury every year.
If it's unconstitutional, he would probably vote against it.

Great choice Constitution Party! The Constitution Party has the right name...and the right candidate! I love Dr. Baldwin's columns! He says the right things in the right ways...and he is a very polished public speaker! Perhaps Ron Paul and Pat Buchanan can serve in an advisory capacity. They are two very wise owls...

These issues should be handled on a state level or even more local than that.

The unintended consequences of that legislation would be disastrous. I would NEVER want to be kept alive by artificial means if I were to become brain dead. With that legislation, people (and their families) would be FORCED to 'live' in that horrific way. There are differences of opinion on this matter, but you want to bully everyone into doing it your way.
