As much as I hate Sidney Crysbaby, he IS the best in the world. Played 41 games last year and still finished with nearly 70 points. Came back for 6 games this year, had 11 points. Give credit where credit is due.

Chara is a thousands times better than Lidstrom but he is old and nice, so most people like him.

@Cherdenkov Well Lidstrom is not the best defender of all time. He's a good player but you Euros don't seem to have ever heard of Bobby Orr. Listrom is an old dog who should retire. And the Sedin sisters play well in the season but in the playoffs they get scared and do nothing. I like Alfredsson though, and Malkin and Jafr. But most teams top players are CANADIAN, not European. Chara is a thousands times better than Lidstrom but he is old and nice, so most people like him.

But looking over the last 10 years only 1 man was even close to lidströms calibre - Niedermayer. Also Orr is great, but to me hes so distant, i've never seen him play and based on the highlights i've seen he looks like a forward. And ofc most top players are Canadian, more then 50% of hockey players comes from Canada.
