  • Hello lady! I LOVE your hair in this video! Really curly and defined! I had a sample size of her products awhile back...I liked it!! I am on the Shea Moisture line right now...but may actually purchase some of her products in the near future!

    Keep inspiring! :-)

  • @tressfreecre8tions Thanks so much for stopping by and leaving a comment!

  • Made a video response and posted it before midnight but it is not showing up in the video responses.

/watch?v=PYZDhx7k2Gw is the link to it.

  • I actually went natural with my first son, then I went back to relaxed hair because I had no support and knew nothing about natural hair or youtube. Then in 2009 i went natural aain and start watching you tubers like rustic beauty and kimmay tube who truly inspired me so much! God is my main support though and kepyt me going! And Im so glad I found you, and I plan on watching you for a while, and glad u r mother like me! Stay blessed...and God Bless!

  • I decided to go natural actually from watching sesame street. there was a little black puppet singing about how much she loves her hair and how she wears it. it was so inspirational. ever since i've been watching youtube videos to learn how to do styles. I tell my friends with relaexed hair that our hair is beautiful and we can do so much with it! its actually curly and with the right products it can be so beautiful! We should love what God gave us :) i continue natural hoping that others will 2

  • I will definitely enter. What a great contest!

  • @ChrsLvsBks Please do...You have til midnight Doll!

  • Good luck to everyone b/c I am a "Creamy Crackhead" (relaxed)... LOL

  • @almondbrown09 LOL and there is certainly nothing wrong with that at all.

  • After being natural for 6yrs..I decided to start wearing my natural hair out. Before then I would ALWAYS wear braids now I'm regretting that decision..my hair has broken off so badly in the front due to all of the braiding. After looking at YT and seeing how many styles I can do with my natural hair I deciding to stop with the braiding.

Now I find myself educating other about what Ive learned.

  • My mom...I used to be a hair fanatic--going to the store and buying every product in the sun just to make me hair look halfway decent. She told me one day that I am BEAUTIFUL without all the additional stuff. So I scaled back on the product and my hair has never been happier. So I make MY youTube videos to show support to natural women who may have gone through that same thign and need those same kind words

  • I heard about your contest thru Rashida herself. I'm a subie of her channel. I'm still transitioning bout 4 months now. I have a lil sis who decided to go natural about more then a year ago. She taught all about how to wash, and condition (well she tried anyways) Our hair types are very different. She would let me try out some her hair products (stuff that didn't work for her lol). Thru her and all the wonderful sisters and brothers on youtube that's how I'm learning how to care for my hair.

  • I am going to have to give my aunt all props with me going natural! She helped me understand my hair type and how to co-wash to keep the moisture and continue to hydrate to gain the curl pattern. I def shared the info here on the YT thru my videos!

  • @TallBlkBeauty Great entry. Family is always a great source of information and support in life. Good Luck Doll! Thanks for Entering

  • Hairlista & KISS are the 2 hair care social networks that have taught me EVERYTHING i know about my NATURAL hair! (which i LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!) And i have done countless hours of research on Youtube! Ppl always stop and ask me what i do to my hair or what products i use and i am ALWAYS more than happy to give them tips and pointers! Some of my fav products are Organic Root Stimulator Aloe Shampoo&Replenishing Conditioner, Kimmaytube Leave-In, Olive Oil, & Care Free Curl Gold Curl Activator!!!

  • @ricquel21 It seems that we both have used the youtube community to show we care by sharing what we have learned and by using the community as our source of knowledge. Good Luck Doll! Thanks for Entering.

  • thise earrings are really pretty

  • @aprilsluvncare Thanks Doll! Blessings.....
