you could use your ipod as an alarm clock and that holds it and for movies so you dont have to hold it and if you doing like an app review or something you can use that instead of holding it

Just some advice...don't cut "up" when you open a box ...you may cut to hard and end up with a knife in you're skull...its up to you though...either a knife to the eye with an open box or an unopened box with no knife in your eye
