Has anyone noticed that sometimes when Richtofen gets a teddy bear from the mystery box he says "Why are you so cruel to me master?". Now, i'm just guessing but the teddy bear, mystery box and the monkey bomb(It sometimes says "youre not Sam" and "I'm coming Sam"(Just before it blows up)) are some of her toys. Which means Samantha would be the toys master. Does that mean that Samantha was Richtofen's master?

Its a bit obvious now who Edward is. Richtofen has said many things connecting him to Maxis. His first name was not revealed. He keeps calling the zombies his minions or children. Tank says Richtofen was beat by his "own creations". Richtofen has extensive knowledge of the zombies and Der Reise. There's an extremely high probability that Edward is Richtofen.

Tell me some tangible evidence that completely disproves Richtofen's actual first name is Edward.

Is that you?" and, if you listen to one of the radio messages Dr. Maxis (his boss) tells Edward to hold down Fluffy 'cause she was running around too much in the lab.
