i have this camera, and a mac... and honestly...

it took me a while to understand how to get video footage onto here without using iMovie...

When you plug this camera into your computer all the video files come up as some unrecognized file...

its a good camera... just not very mac friendly...

and im guessing its because sony have their own laptop brand and wants to push you toward buying their stuff...

if that makes sense? haha :)

HD in the FH mode which i think is the highest quality HD

just go in the setting of the camera and select HD FH mode or just FH

It basically stands for Full HD. I can record 23 hours of footage in HD FH. Beautiful!!!

unfortunately this only records in 16 mbps unlike its rival the canon vixia hfs 10 but this has many more usefull features- although this can record a 3 sec super slow mo video clip which is pretty cool

i just put it on the highest quality of HD which is FH im pretty sure and just recorded lol

Is that the Picture Motion Browser software? I figured that may be the way but when I tried it, the quality wasn't that good despite shooting in full HD..

ya that is what i did it just took like 30 mins to finish processing after u were able to watch it ....then once it was done in was in HD....and make sure u have it in the highest quality of HD recording.....i think its like FH mode or sumthin

umm i just set the camera to record in HD then uploaded it to the software that came with the camera....uploaded it to youtube and it was in HD
