But I don't like the Gundam-styling. I prefer the more clean design of Audi's, Porsche's, Ferrari's and Aston Martins. Not to mention the hyper-active AWD systems does all the work for you. I'd rather have the R8 V10 where the quattro system flatters you (helps you but it feels like you did the work) instead of scolding you for trying to have fun in a corner.

@666demonknight666 absalutly. they both have a similar 0-60 time, however because of the GTR's advanced AWD system, it makes it very easy to get a fast 0-60 time, and fast lap times, on the ferrari's side, its very difficult to get a good 0-60 time because its RWD, same with getting a good lap time.
not to mention the GTR holds a wayy faster lap on Nurburgring,
2010 GTR was .4 seconds slower then an Enzo
and the 2011 GTR beat the Enzo, only like 5 cars are faster
@garofalo92 I'd say they're both very close and it will be up to the driver to unleash the full power. GTR has good traction but some say AWD can be hard to launch sometimes.Besides, GTR is not stripped like the Scuderia so there's the weight issue. They both run the same time in TG's power lap so is fair to say they're very close but I just don't think the GTR can beat the Scuderia hands down, there's too many other factors.
@666demonknight666 dont know if you've ever driven a high HP car and tryed to get a fast 0-60 time... but its dam hard ( i driven a F430 for about 2 hrs or so) not easy... ferrari says it can do 0-60 in like 4 seconds... not a chance, after all my atempts i dident come anywere close to that, you end up smoking the tires way to easy. as apose to a AWD car, its just as simple as reving it up, dump the clutch and hold on and ur almost garantee'd to run a near perfect time.

@MacDacpl I think you misunderstood me. Im not trying to compare the GTR to the ZR1, they're two different beasts. Im talking about "hot roding" the GTR. If you can lift that 6.2L Supercharged V8 from the ZR1 and then stick it into the GTR... how much more faster would the GTR be? That Supercharged V8 pushes almost 640hp, thats almost as much as the engine in the Ferrari Enzo wich has a unsupercharged V12.

The Z06 hits 60 in the mid-3's, posts in excess of 1g on the skidpad, and are roughly 700lbs lighter than the GT-R. All props to the GT-R; it's an amazing machine. Just do your research before posting nonsense.

the GTR is cost effective (80k)
the GTR has 4 doors and a reasonable trunk
the GTR has AWD making it very practial all year round
the GTR beat a CP 640, Ferrari Scuderia, 911GT3 RS, Carrera GT
the GTR is .7 miliseconds slower then a Enzo Ferrari
the GTR... sucks compaired to its younger, faster, 2011 brother capable of even faster lap times...

Yes the GT-R is very fast and very practical.
But I don't like the Gundam-styling. I prefer the more clean design of Audi's, Porsche's, Ferrari's and Aston Martins. Not to mention the hyper-active AWD systems does all the work for you. I'd rather have the R8 V10 where the quattro system flatters you (helps you but it feels like you did the work) instead of scolding you for trying to have fun in a corner.

@mitsuevo8mr you wanna talk reliablity of the gtr... only the 07' gtr had the tranny problem, why dont you look at the problems with every super car...ferraris breakdown ALL the time, upgraded tuners like a TT supra need engine rebuilds to cope with the extra 300-400+ hp ...and thats fact...talk to draggers, motors blow easy with forced induction.
and that 911 GT3, haha thats far more expensive, and out of its price leauge...rather sad that u need to compaire a car worth near 2x as much

@666demonknight666 absalutly. they both have a similar 0-60 time, however because of the GTR's advanced AWD system, it makes it very easy to get a fast 0-60 time, and fast lap times, on the ferrari's side, its very difficult to get a good 0-60 time because its RWD, same with getting a good lap time.
not to mention the GTR holds a wayy faster lap on Nurburgring,
2010 GTR was .4 seconds slower then an Enzo
and the 2011 GTR beat the Enzo, only like 5 cars are faster

@garofalo92 I'd say they're both very close and it will be up to the driver to unleash the full power. GTR has good traction but some say AWD can be hard to launch sometimes.Besides, GTR is not stripped like the Scuderia so there's the weight issue. They both run the same time in TG's power lap so is fair to say they're very close but I just don't think the GTR can beat the Scuderia hands down, there's too many other factors.

@666demonknight666 dont know if you've ever driven a high HP car and tryed to get a fast 0-60 time... but its dam hard ( i driven a F430 for about 2 hrs or so) not easy... ferrari says it can do 0-60 in like 4 seconds... not a chance, after all my atempts i dident come anywere close to that, you end up smoking the tires way to easy. as apose to a AWD car, its just as simple as reving it up, dump the clutch and hold on and ur almost garantee'd to run a near perfect time.

@666demonknight666 on paper it seems like a fair race, but tests on the nurburgring say that the Ferrari Enzo is about up to par with a  2011 GTR... im thinkin its all about the advanced elctronics that are in the GTR. because hell, the GTR weights wey more, its Front engine AWD, and has like 450hp. on paper it shouldent stand a chance ... but somehow it beats them. :/

As far as chassis numbers go this is still known as a CBA-R35, however the car itself is no longer known as a Skyline, just simple Nissan GTR.
I see "johnyrate's" point here though. He is on about the higher performance version of this which is confusingly known as the Nissan GTR R35.

@MacDacpl I think you misunderstood me. Im not trying to compare the GTR to the ZR1, they're two different beasts. Im talking about "hot roding" the GTR. If you can lift that 6.2L Supercharged V8 from the ZR1 and then stick it into the GTR... how much more faster would the GTR be? That Supercharged V8 pushes almost 640hp, thats almost as much as the engine in the Ferrari Enzo wich has a unsupercharged V12.

The Z06 hits 60 in the mid-3's, posts in excess of 1g on the skidpad, and are roughly 700lbs lighter than the GT-R. All props to the GT-R; it's an amazing machine. Just do your research before posting nonsense.

@beastdrome I think Euro cars have a plain look to them, personally I love that plain look, got an m3 because of it. Sleek and subtle is more my style, just has that classy look. Big step visually the 35 has over the 34 IMO, I like the lean delicate look over the mean and aggressive 34 style.
