Wow, awesome! I have to admit, when I saw the half-hour video length, I almost wasn't going to bother watching, but.. I needn't have worried, because I was hooked for the whole thing! I love your enthusiasm, and all the photos were really cool (so many great costumes!). Wish I'd been there!
Loved your review, best one I've seen / heard on here concerning this.. almost felt like i was there too.
Gotta say i absolutely love your sincere enthusiasm for the show as well, most refreshing for this kind of post.
Really hope you'll be there to cover the next one, and given how this seems to have been something of a learning curve for you, you'll be a lot more prepared, and able to stay a little warmer next time.
I really do believe that there's a much more honest sampling of opinion in a video like yours, than can ever be acquired from watching a mainstream presentation.
Besides which, seeing so many genuine Doctor Who fans in another country (and in costume as well) was just amazing.
I also absolutely loved the chalk drawings and messages, just a shame about the 'City worker' , though he was probably just a disgruntled Star Trek fan.. Still a few of them around :(
This makes me miss the line all over again! This was a wonderful review. <3 I was one of the twin ponds you photographed. :D I didn't sleep at all for over 30 hours and I don't care spending time with people, making new doctor who friends and friends in general was well worth it. Not to mention seeing the first two epis and seeing the cast. <3
