Hee Cyndi.how are you doing. Can you do an update on your portions. I am wondering if i am eating too much, because i do not have a lot of trouble getting in a cup of food. I still have a lot of liquidy foods, so it feels sometimes that i can eat a lot more than i should. I am so scared. You have lost so much already and 2 weeks out i am stuck at 13 pounds. Thanks, mmeischa
@mmeischa1 Hey hun, 13lbs in 2 weeks is great! My nutritionist recommends that I eat 4 tablespoons of food which is 2 ounces.. AT first and if I could eat a little more that that is good. My doctor puts his patents on the liquid diet for only a day. now eat around 4-5ounces. I have over eaten before it was painful. It depended on the food also.. For example if I am eating salad I have about a cup... But other types of hard food I keep it under 5 ounces.
@mmeischa1 I hope that helps? I think you will be eating less when it isn't liquid food. I am 2 months + out so our amounts should be diff right now but I will be posting pictures of what I eat throughout the day. Also protein helps you stay full longer so you will want less food. I noticed that when I wasn't taking my protein, I would be hungry and want more than my 2 ounces of food.. So try to make sure you drink your protein. Drinking the protein for breakfast will help with that.
I am not so hot on the artificial sweeteners also! THanks for this review, I think it would be good for the "on the go" "emergency" type situations! I also use stevia and LOVE it! did you know about the "Jay Robb" brand protein powder? it tastes really good and they sweeten it with stevia also! thanks for this post!
I love that pineapple one, but I recommend you try the mango peach...it's WONDERFUL!!! Thanks for the update and review. Isopure has really saved me for getting in protein.
@cinjo61 Yeah but if you it sgo for on the go or if your having a hard time taking protien, plus since the surgery we buy less food, so spend less. It all evens out.
I'll have to try that stuff, thanks for sharing!
