  • The color is as synthetic as the music.

  • @zawzero yea this person put way too much saturation and contrast, this cam is way better than that

  • idn, the colours are not pretty natural

  • good quality or picture !! great camera the sony hdr xr550

  • @mickymicky97 yep it truly is a great camera. :)

  • Das Video ist sehr, sehr schön. Super Motive, glasklare scharfe

  • @TheXhela sehr zufrieden mit dieser Kamera.

  • someone is stung by the bee and push the dislike button!!

  • Nice, but I cant afford $1,000.00 just to upload "how to videos" on youtube. I better keep searching. This is a very nice video showing macro. thanks.

  • hey! did you edited this video? what format is? i have the same camera but i dont know how make to not lose definition when i upload the video on Youtube, can you help me?

  • would this be a good camera if I was planning to make a short film?

  • Can you recommend buying this camera?

  • @mabynke96 I would definitely recommend this camera. Have you seen the underwater footage we can get with it using the sport pack? (Check out: sea turtles HD) It's crazy! I love it!

  • @JCVdude Thank you!

  • @JCVdude is this camera better than panasonic hdc-hs700?

i think that in every way the xr550 is better ,but the con is 1080i(i think).

    which one do you suggest?

  • @nasosiason We can't say anything about the panasonic, we haven't used it. The xr550 shoots 1080i. We went with this because we have always used SONY, the equip is excellent and SONY has a great reputation. This camera has the big battery capacity(up to 6 hrs), 240gb harddrive, underwater case, macro, smooth-slow record(240 fps), 12 mp stills, and shoots 8mp stills while recording simultaneously and many other great features. SONY wins for us.

  • Everytime I click on film in Macro it Zooms in 100% then when i click zoom out it cancels macro, is this normal?

  • @FITZMUSICOFFICIAL Yep it is. :)

  • that sometimes shake the images? an earthquake can be seen in the picture.

  • @apd1184 When it's set to macro, any movement is really amplified. I usually have a monopod to help avoid movement.

  • With the video editing program that AVCHD? As you edit? and finally ... where the rendering format you do not lose quality?

  • @apd1184 I use the Sony Vegas 9 editing program and render at 1080i 1920x1080

  • Gute Aufnahmen dabei.

Ich habe auch eine CX 550 und eine CX 115.

Es macht einfach Spaß damit zu filmen.

  • It may be that when you move the camera images are blurred for a few milliseconds and then re-focus? That seems to see in HDD camcorders.

  • @apd1184 That happens when one is using the automatic focus. It's reaction time isn't as fast as if one was focusing manually.

  • the camera has better quality than my eyes lol

  • Woow the details in the video, thats really impressive the and quality.

I think i need to go back to the store again and spent some money for the same kind of camera lol.

For this kind of videos you probably use a tripod right?

Thanks for sharing this video with us.

  • @BuschTukkerMan Thx Busch! :) This camera really is amazing! This is only my second time filming (out of the water). lol I didn't use a tripod. Held my breath alot to keep the camera steady, but it also has the camera shake setting that I keep on. I admit to being totally anxious doing this. Joe makes it all looks so easy - the camera is fantastic and easy to use - I just need more practice. I used to be the still photographer. :)
