let me tell you what Jesus told us: DO NOT JUDGE. Who are we to tell a gay person that he or she is not right for Christ? Do we have a right, sinners ourselves, to say that gay people are less human than us? oh hypocrites! So what if he's gay? do we know what's going on in his life? he maybe closer to Jesus than us, hypocrites! pharisses! Why don't we get rid of the speck in our own eyes before we get rid of the speck of other person's eyes.

Not a safezone for christians... Wow... Remind me, how many people are fired, kicked out of their homes, and beaten and murdered for being Christian? If ANY, then it's a LOT less the homosexuals (probably .05% of hate crime victims). Evolution is a FACT, NOT a BELIEF SYSTEM. You can have faith and still be a believer. If you wanna talk hypocrisy, open your bible, read it, and reinstate slavery as the "good book" says. Personal beliefs should be separate, they can't FORCE acts which harm others.

You do not accept their LIFE since they are BORN gay the way GOD made them. "I have nothing against left handed people I just think they should use their right hand the way god inteded." People don't approve of conversion since EVERY psychiatric institution in the US agrees it is harmful and self-deprecating. Those that do get "converted" then go on to live happy lives... as workers in conversion programs. Everyone else is labeled as a "failed heterosexual".

Okay, I'm a christian and I'm really confused right now. I'm eighteen if it matters.

As a christian, I say that homosexuality is a sin. God says so in Leviticus.

But at the same time, Jesus Christ hung out with sinners. He never argued with them. He witnessed to them. Isn't that what we're supposed to do?

What about the transgender children?

Divorce is prohibited in the bible too, so by that logic anyone who is divorced cannot call themself a Christian.

The bible said sodomy was a sin, not loving your fellow man, the sodomization of men or women.

When are we going to start concentrating on the positive messages in the bible and leave the primitive, hate mongering trash in the past where it belongs.

Christians reject homosexuality because it has been prohibited by the bible. they believe that if you are gay you are not a true christian.
