The trick : The poster magic must be done with 2 people. (hope everybody understand what I'm saying) And the wine trick! Look at Leon's left hand at 2:11. He is taking something out. That must be the wine glass. And the wine glass in the poster should be a sticker or something so that Leon can put it away while he was hiding the poster. This is what I think.

you can do that with certain chemicals, for instance using a buffer solution to change the pH making an indicator turn a certain color very abruptly
