  • hell yeah bad ass look, sick ass style just check da way they carried them selfs...ha..ha South Cental DRUNKPUnX...prestame tu makinaa del tiiempo...chaaoooooo....

  • Me and a mate met Sam Bignall on a train to a Damned gig in Derby back in Nov 1980. We had a pint in a Derby pub, then went to the Ajanta, where he had to meet a girl outside who had a ticket for him.

I met the girl a few years ago at a UK Subs gig at the 100 Club. Small world, eh.

  • Love it.

  • this is fucking fantastic. such a good band. a pleasure to be able to see this. does anyone have any of their fanzines they can scan? id love to see it!

  • Sam works as a bouncer in a gay club in Cheltenham

  • So what are the guys doing now ? Anyone know the whereabouts of Sam ?

  • @Alison7uk Sam is my boss and works at Cheltenham boro' council......hasnt actually changed that much !!!!!!?? and talking of a small comeback !

  • @515602 I really do hope they make a "small comeback". I'd love to see them, and am sure that many other would too.

  • love these guys <3

    such an amazing sband

  • i have got 3 vinyls, hell that was some time ago

  • Ha, thanks for posting! How cool to see such a young Tony! (Although there's got to be a decaying portrait in the attic somewhere...) Love how raw this early incarnation sounds. I supported the reformed version at the Axiom centre in Cheltenham in 1996 (?) when I was rhythm guitarist for a Brum-based band, Phantasmagoria. Good gig. I remember fake blood dribbling down your chins! ;-)

  • Good shit right here.

  • Can I get this? The album?

I love the screaming dead, Sunglasses after dark, and Blood and Roses. Some get back to me please?

  • are they punx? confusion. im just curious.

  • Punk wasn't all about mohawks and studs. Goth and deathrock both have roots in punk.

  • @Enterthedeath It was non-mainstream,and politically incorrectness back in those days. Not this stuff today.

  • tony mckormack is gorgeous! Candia is very lucky!!

  • cheers to bass player Tony 'McKormack' McCormack, real name Anthony Dawson Uren. you should have kept yer punk surname... cordially, 'The Kicks Boys'

  • Actually Antony Dawson Uren is a separate person, He is actually my Step Uncle, although we are both the same age, went to the same school, (in the same class), and lived in Hudon Street, in Cheltenham, he at 22 and I at 56. I can see though how some confusion may have happened.

    Cheers!

    Tony

  • I stand corrected - my apologies. By the way, 'She Was Done In By A Nutter' is an all-time classic!
