Reading the book and I've already watched the movie. Dx the book is better so far, but it sucks knowing who gets killed. I also think its funny how my friends and I refer to Simon as "the atheist kid", just because he says 'i don't even believe in the beast', and he's the most Christ like figure in the whole novel.

I watch the movie. I decide some time through it that Simon was the least craziest one, and made him my favorite. I see the other boys around the bomb fire and I have 'wtf' look on my face. Then I see him.. Well.. Die.. And I yelled 'AWWW COME ON!!!'

awww.. Simon to me will always be pretty. :) He's my favorite character too.

xD It's pretty mind boggling that James Badge Dale was a such sweet pretty little boy back then, and now he's a tall dark and handsome strapping young man (in "The Pacific").
