  • How is it, that all comments mentions fillmsi.co.cc ?

  • i'm going to watch this film on sitemoovis.co.cc. i'm so psyched! Not to mention, this does look like a BADASS film! it's like the female-version of 'THE EXPENDABLES' haha.

  • @lovinglymuskan - ?! rules of advertising - ensure the product hyped if the same as the product you comment upon. this isn't a female action movie.

  • Can you explain me how he became so fat being vegan ??? :D

  • @up969 - by eating a lot maybe? fats are fats, don't matter if you eat loads of carbs and fats from veggie or vegan sources, meat just makes you fatter more quickly (ie it takes less meat in your diet to make you fat).

btw i don't know if he/who is fat or vegan in this, i'm just answering your question.

look at nature - animals can put on loads of muscle and fat just eating fruitarian diets or just leaves & grasses.

  • wtf vvv

  • Why such movies are not distributed here in Italy?!?!?! Damn it!!!!

  • I think this is awesome, but I only have one thing to say, Joaquin: "You don't never go full retard. Everybody knows you don't never go full retard."

  • Comment removed

  • I'm still here wait a second that is Antwan Fisher hold Joaquin now you already got a black name a go ahead l like your movies.

  • This was the funniest film I've seen in years. It was Brilliant, ergo If you cant see the humor and art in this film then as JP would say you are/were preconceived. but Affleck and JP just made a doc on what many actors go through: playing the same roles over and over again. I think more actors should do side projects like this one and i appreciate Joaq having the balls to do so as well as cultivating the needed grooming and hair style to make it. also, actors with musical talent. M Cera=legit

  • @SOILL88

It's funny you say that. I had zero preconceptions, as I had never seen a JP movie and had limited knowledge of him.

    And this film is brilliant.

  • Did anyone EVER believe him?

  • @FORD5000solo2001

    well,you did !

  • @MySweetSeoul How'd you deduce that?

  • @FORD5000solo2001

there are a lot of ppl who think they're more inteligent if they say they weren't fooled (but for the record, they're not). Same type of ppl will also say about a movie with a twist "i saw the twist coming from miles away".It's in their nature to say that! I deduce you're one of them because you wrote "did ANYONE ever believe him?" . Oh,reeeeaaaaly?! so you use the word "anywone" yet you can clearly see in the comments almost everyone believed him. that's ridiculous !

  • @FORD5000solo2001

and btw if i'm wrong, then tell me why would you ask such a question with an obvious answer: "did anyone ever believe him?" DUH

  • @MySweetSeoul If people believed it it's because they didn't think critically. He was being followed around with a video camera the entire time. And on IMdB, there was an "Unnamed Casey Affleck Project" starring Joaquin Phoenix! But most importantly, why would you give a shit what I said? There's a billion other more objectionable youtube comments out there.

  • What's the name of the song and artist used in this trailer?

  • thumbs up if you thought this was going to be a horror trailer :P

  • @RossiDelPiero I think it was?

  • /watch?v=bS6nKxG19NI A song I made on my computer that just so happened that the speech fit it very well. Please give it a listen. Thanks

  • This is super-gay, and he is a massive douchebag.

  • yeah for real ryan, v for vendetta wasnt even that good lol, like for fucking real, have you not seen law abiding citizen or etcetcetc lol GTFO hereeee, but i do agree avatar was shitty

  • uuuum have you not seen dark knight???

  • the bearded man is creepy.

  • He looks like Zak Galifinakis.

  • @Jdhslightlystoopid1 I was thinking the same

  • Swing and a miss Joaquin. Was anyone fooled? And what was the point? To me it looks like he was just looking for an excuse to look like shit and do drugs and not take any shit about it.

  • after watching i am still here

    awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

  • looks stupid

  • lol!!!! that is matisyahu!!!

  • This entire project was one large act of fucking genius by Phoenix and Casey Affleck. They are complete Aces in my book for stepping out of the soulless, deprived, mainstream, shit-terrible limelight to bring something completely original to the table while all the hacks and posers cram their 3-D glasses up their spines and back again.

  • @Mrsilenciobackgammon

    I totally agree.

He is a real actor. There are many guys and girls out there who are in the business just because they look good and can act a little bit. But he... dammit, he had been acting for 3 years!!! :D

  • lol beer belly. yuck

  • i have to say this is the most inpiring trailer ive ever seen, just coz its different

  • another washed up actor

  • Inspiring almost...no just Inspiring

  • Who is the man talking to Joaquin?

  • Thank god this was fake!!!!!

  • this looks fcking retarded bedides the fact that zach galifianakis is in it

  • wait is this movie a comedy? or serious?

  • @lenalena111 that can only be a joke!! kauffman style

  • @jaadtoly23 so..... its supposed to be funny...... right?

  • @lenalena111 well, that's what I heard, it should a hoax. I find it funny someone who takes himself so seriously actually; the dramatic look backstage, etc.

    To each their own,sir!

  • Cant wait to see this documentary about joaquin phoenix hoax.

  • Epic!!!

  • i wish all the ppl in this weren't in on it, would be really funny that way, especially to see there actually reactions to his behaviour instead of this. Now its just mehhh.

The only ppl not in on it were leterman, but now knowing this, its just a stupid concept.

    Def going to pass.

  • Joaquin... what's going on, buddy? It seems as though you're going through some things... maybe you just need to talk about it?

  • To the people that dont know, Joaquin Phoenix hoaxed the world by saying he was quitting acting and becoming a rapper. He completely fooled us all and filmed this movie for the last 3 years. He had to stay in character the whole time. Hes one of my favorite actors so its nice to know hes still here. This movie is about his journey through "quitting" acting and becoming a rap star. Casey Affleck which has been his friend for 20 years directed it. I cant wait to watch it, its going to be hilarious

  • @deftoneslovexiii The hoax is a hoax - he's a junkie just like his brother was.

  • @Nautilus1972 hey nautilus how about you don't say shit about things you don't understand and show a little respect. Fucking Moron.

  • @deftoneslovexiii I love how they just pop out like that... that they dont always have to be the center of attention... didnt know ben had a bro... and i like casey better than ben... his roles are deep and sophistocated... like phoenix.. i could see that bein a good friendship... birds of a feather... very intelligent men:) not bad on the eyes either:):)

  • @deftoneslovexiii seriously?

  • @deftoneslovexiii it wasn't a hoax. He has just lost it. Simple as that.

  • I think its kind of funny, why are you people complaining at this when we live in a world where Avatar is considered one of the best movies ever? It kind of sheds light on how dumb this culture is.

  • @RyanR3volution Because complaining (like you did about Avatar) makes people feel superior. We're all in the club my friend. I just complained about you. Peace. I can't wait to see this BTW.

  • @noxidereus

Well I do not think it makes me superior as a person , its that people recognizing art was once held to a high standard, like 2001: Space Odessy or A Clockwork Orange. I am not in it for ego at all, just art. Your right, it looks good.

  • @RyanR3volution We all know that Avatar is not praised for it's story, it's praised for it's specail effects. I loved it for that alone, of course there are films that are incredible for there story like fight club, chumscrubber, the shawshank redemption, my private idaho and so on. You shouldn't be so pretentious that you can't enjoy big budget specail effects films like transformers and avatar.

  • @silentk1987

Well I disagree, when I talk to people about Avatar, they think that its a new leap in story telling and movie.

Its not pretentious to say that you don't like assembly line hollywood trash. Just different strokes for different folks I suppose.

  • @RyanR3volution I think avatar was very well made but it's the garbage coming out now just for the sake of 3d which worries me.

  • @ririmja

I think Avatar was just a compilation of already existent Hollywood movies like "Dances with Wolves", "Full Metal Jacket", and other movies. I seriously do not think there has been a good movie since V for Vendetta came out.

  • @RyanR3volution The Book Of Eli was good dude. But before Eli it was the 5th of november.. I agree

  • ur a joke

  • @RyanR3volution what was ur favorite part of v for vendatta the awesome sword play or are u just into guys in masks

  • @RyanR3volution What about inception!?

  • @azlagor I thought Inception was a overrated action movie, everyone said it was so smart yet I thought it was very simplistic. I just have a different opinion I guess.

  • @RyanR3volution same here i also thought shutter island was on a whole nother level, others dont agree with that either buttfuckthem.

  • @RyanR3volution you may need to broaden your horizons.

  • @RyanR3volution

This is a "im still here" trailer, ergo why are you talking about other movies. I just dont understand. that is all.

  • @RyanR3volution Don't forget Pocahontas. That's all I could think about while watching Avatar. As for the "no good movie since" comment, try Portman's "Black Swan" if you're a fan of her's. But if brave social commentary is what you're after, you need to see The Constant Gardener, which came out the same year as V and is actually better. It blew me away.

  • @RyanR3volution i would add all Christopher Nolan's films

  • @RyanR3volution v for vendetta is one of the shitest movies ive ever seen

  • @mick3251

haha, it could have been better but the message was great.

  • @RyanR3volution You haven't seen Never Let Me Go or Enter The Void then..

  • @RyanR3volution holy fuck read my mind much?

  • @RyanR3volution "Black Swan"

  • @notevenyo69

Darren A is a great director.

  • @RyanR3volution

    The dark knight? Hurt Locker?

  • @Cavetrolling

Eh, in terms of entertainment, for just fun, the Dark Night is ok but I prefer more out of my movies, like some commentary on life, not just hollywood garbage, the dark knight actaully has some funny inconstant plot holes, like Morgan freemans character and the Butler, who was a sociopath if you pay attention to what he said about burning down the forrest.

Hurt locker is good, goes through the pyschology of war, we may have different tastes, thats just all my opinion

  • It's not Zach...it is Joaquin Phoenix, he just gained weight for this film..

  • He just wanted to try something he thought was a challenge and a different approach on acting....its a critic about the medias, the views people have on hollywood stars, etc...I cant say if its going to be good or shit..I'll just watch it first ;p

  • massive fail

  • Is joaquin going through a midlife crisis

  • lame :(

  • what is this shit???

  • The thing that sucks was its all an act.

  • Who's the guy speaking/narrating??

  • Has anybody got a genuine link to be able to view this?

  • @TroutMaskReplicaa No, cunt face.

  • @fritz6976 lol

  • Fake singing of fake music.

    What a fake "culture"!

  • I'm glad to be cheatted by Joaquim Phoenix. I really believed on his changing. He deserves the Oscar. Wainting for the movie im my city!

  • Comment removed

  • this is fake i dontknow why hes doing a spin-off of heaths's movie

  • The sad part: for two years ppl with common sense knew this was a hoax - but the hoax was neither funny nor was it something that hadn't been done a zillion times over. Andy Kauffman did some cool stuff - but this is simply pathetic.

Prooves the golden rule over again: everything that's touched by an Affleck turns to shit.

Joaquin, you suck at trolling - why not give theatre a try, you might learn something.

  • He's not big enough for this "meltdown" or whatever the hell it's supposed to be, to be interesting. If he were Tom Cruise or another A list movie star this would be far more interesting.

  • the industry can change the you. Is fame, money, sex, and hardcore drugs worth losing your identity? As an individual who could careless about celebrities and their life, nothing is new under the sun, this movie is not original and has failed to impress. Seriously what happen to movies worth watching, not just crap that I just payed 11$ for.

  • Joaquin deserves an Academy Award nomination for this movie.

  • Don't snort heroin from a hooker's butt crack kids... this is what it does to you.

  • Oh Eddie.. Is there anyone you CAN'T help?

  • wait....when did he get fat??

  • @loserfacezebra He's always been chubby. Watch Preservation Road.

  • Joaquin Phoenix is a genius

  • Amazing performance by Joaquin Phoenix, He will win the oscar in 2011

  • is there a trascription of this monologue? it's damn cool. i expect this to be a wonderful documentary.

  • This is totally going to be the new Borat. I can really see Joaquin revealing this as a big hoax and winning an oscar for his performance.

  • I wasn't aware of what Joaquin Phoenix was doing these past few years, but I'd like to know who thought this hip-hop meltdown hoax was legit. Kind of a fake Marlon Brando, except that he's trying to earn an Oscar instead of refusing one like Brando did. This goes to show you that Hollywood will always come up with something new.

  • He is such a good actor... Its quite a shame his newest flick is a documentary about him being loony. Still planning to watch it though.

  • O.O

  • I think that this movie was meant to be more of an expose on his peers, the media, and anyone else who took glee watching this person who was, basically, dying right before our eyes.

  • I think he suffers from psychosis : /

  • @nastroenie Most great minds do. I just hope he gets help.

  • i find joaquin normal and as for all of you people you are nothing but cancers and parasites eating up this whole world

  • Leaf ur acting like a fake little bitch! Is this the same guy i remember going to school with wen u were the best actor wen our school did cats? Ur making a fucking fool out of urself and disrespecting ur families name for that matter, grow the fuck up punks punk!

  • IT'S 9-10-10 WTF IS IT???

  • This is the toughest and longest ongoing role he will ever play. Extremely talented. Can't wait for him to finally come out and explain just how difficult all this was to pull off. great job J.P.

  • "youre a mountain top water drop" no wonder actors are a mess! ahahahaha!

hes a WHITE respected actor starring in a REALITY documentary about wanting to become a RAPPER...brilliant!!! maybe its not a documentary but a social commentary afterall...

  • Starring: Zach Galifinakas as Juaquin Phoenix

  • is this a joke or not? its so confusing..

  • Can anyone say "Tropic Thunder"? This guy is Lazarus...

  • He's looking more and more like the guy in ' The Hang Over'

  • does anyone know what the fuck this shit is suppose to be about and why the hell is it so controversial???

  • wtf poser!!! his doing the whole zach galifianakis look, so unoriginal.

  • @1000Daisy0001 yeah because zach galifianakis invented beards and sunglases! Nobody has ever used that combination before!

  • this is going to be brilliant.. awesome social commentary. whens the last time a famous actor actually made something worthy of being called art?

  • the guy is a great actor....not sure what made him cross over and do this horrible mess of a documentary.........the guy played johnny cash better than anyone could have and now he wants to cross over and be slim shaggy

  • @rockizdead22 maybe heaths death they were close friends

heaths movie was ''im not there'' i feel like this is joquins own spin off of heaths movie

  • @chanelprincess16 nice theory...that never crossed my mind....dont get me wrong im gonna watch this because i love the guy...im just not holding out much hope

  • hoax or not, i can't fucking wait for this movie

even if it is a hoax, it's one hell of a hoax. i mean phoenix officially quit acting and gained a ton of weight. can't fucking wait to see this

  • Dang, I've been replaying this trailer over and over. Epic.

  • Eddie Olmos sounds awesome in this clip.

  • @HilbertSpace That was Edward James Olmos? Either way, I was getting BSG flashbacks.

  • @funkyphreakout

Yeah. It didn't hit me at first, but as the clip went on, I felt like Adm. Adama was talking to me. I backed up the video, and it sure looked like the edge of EJO's face, so I then went hunting online to confirm that he was in the movie. So say we all!

  • @Bonksey go talk to Joaquin then, not me. You people are so gullible. He's an ACTOR he ACTS.

  • Comment removed

  • this is what hollywood does to real actors, bores them to death.

  • que le jodan a youtube y a sus putos anuncios.

  • 0:43

    quem é a girl ??

    who girl?

  • @upT3mpo Opinion? It's confirmed it is a mockumentary by Joaquin. Just look it up.

  • @alphabeticaldoom if you saw this movie you would definitely not call it a mockumentary

  • the chanting at the end sounds just like "rocky! rocky! rocky!".

  • it's an odd choice to cast Zach Galifianakis as Joaquin Phoenix

  • @NickMcCraeAustin that is not Zach Galifianakis.......its Joaquin Phoenix himself...

  • @lonelee3 i know that. it was a joke

  • Comment removed

  • That was some deep stuff... Oh man.

  • @skedoosh it is a mockumentary. He acted out his "downfall" to accurately get the emotions and reactions celebrities may receive when they reach bottom and start doing "weird" things for publicity or whatever. Whatever it is washed out celebs do. So your itching feeling is right, but there is truth underneath this even if Joaquin downfall isn't real per se.

  • @alphabeticaldoom how do you know? it seems like this is only your opinion.

  • ok im sorry but this all seems too perfect. They just happened to be filming him right as he made his transition into...whatever you call that, and then make a documentary about it? I really have an itching feeling this was planned or at least set up

  • @skedoosh Casey Affleck married Joaquin's sister. Maybe he saw it coming. Only time will tell

  • joaquin phoenix is a GENIUS.

  • @currentGypsy

genius? pre-21st century the word genius was reserved for men like Einstein, Descartes, Newton. Now the word is meaningless.

  • @CircleBastiat So true.

  • @CircleBastiat Newt-who? Was he the one who was jammin' with Lady Gaga the other day ...? Man, shit was so genius ... (just imagine an idiot teen grinning at you)

But I agree - doubtful whether the 21st century will go down in history for it's produce of brilliance. Let's just hope Stephen Hawkings will still stick around for a while ... :)

  • @CircleBastiat can you please stop speaking as if you are the only one here entitled to an opinion

  • @CircleBastiat You man are a genius.

  • @CircleBastiat i dont understand the piont your trying to make. Pre-21st century genius was also used for people like laurence olivier. So im not shure if you are trying to say that acting itself is not not deserving of the word genius or that you dont think Joaquin is a genuis actor because that is just down to personal opinion.

  • Omg he acts like he's the only celeb who's famous and has to deal with the pressure.... is this his life doc?

  • @punketa32 it's a clever mockumentary, all set up
