Is this the flyback transformer of a TV set? I was wondering if the same effect can be done by using the flyback of a plasma ball. Is 15kV enough to generate ionic wind?
The device is connected to a high-voltage supply, and the pins attached to the balls produce ionic wind, that cause the rotation of the two bars fixed to low-friction bearings.

@blqkvo The flyback is from a CRT monitor. 15 kV produces ionic wind and can power a lighter device. This one is too heavy.
