  • baritone? sounds pretty high. are dulcimers easy to play?

  • Dulcimers are very easy to play. But nothing is easy to play /like that/.

  • baritone, or even bass guitars doesn't sound low either, if played in high positions - note that the guy here quite rarely picks open strings :)

  • Oh This is Excelent music

  • very nice. I love your style.

  • Thanks for the tranquil and pretty music, ahhh! Needed that.

  • I've got a Ron Ewing baritone Dulcimer almost exactly like that one, and while I am amazed they the quality and tone, I've never gotten so many sounds out of mine with all of those techniques. I've got more to strive for!

My latest piece I'm working on is Halleluiah from the movie Shrek.

  • Hi! I have been making instruments, and already have a midrange dulcimer. I was wondering what lengths (in inches) you have on your dulcimer from the tuning pins to the string anchors at the foot of the baritone dulcimer? I would like to make one of these as well :) Revan Delkaoth
