that's the Li Ya release move. in this video, it was done by it's creater, li ya. and yes, someone else has done it (but only one other person). He Kexin, another chinese gymnast, did it in the 2008 beijing olympic games. the move is an F difficulty, i think. He Kexin won the olympic gold on bars, too!
