God bless this family - When I see the videos of children with Downs locked away (Romania etc) in horrid conditions it breaks my heart. A Downs Syndrome child is the closest we'll ever be to heavenly angels / who are the truly handicapped in society? NOT this child nor any like her ---it is those absent gentleness - compassion - indifferent to their fellow man/
