  • aw darn tonya i am soo late. i wanna do this challenege and i think u know what y not start now that ive seen this, i may be late but better be late then never. i wanted to start exercising ands then i got really sick, think got a cold but my mom think was flu.during my college semester i was doing spin bike so i wanna continue exercising while regular semester out.we have a tred mill so ill try walk on it. it always nice to watch ur video also.tonya u are truly a ray of sun shine i just enjoy

  • Lol, you always make me smile. I like your hair light but I do think I like it dark better. I think I'm going to Join your challenge but It's Tuesday so I'm a day late. I was working out and dieting (1200 calories) the begining of this year and lost 20lbs yay but I stopped for a few days and never started again. 3 months of habit down the drain! Time to loose that last 20someodd lbs lets go! I'm in lets do it girl! Now I just have to make myself workout, lol.

  • i don't understand when people say the work they've put in while training has gone down the drain after they've taken a hiatus from their training regimen. you put in the work and laid down the foundation obtaining probpably some physical atributes and abilities and also learning what you're capable of and how your body responds to the stress of a regime. newayz, good luck on your program and good job on 20lbs weight loss

  • really? I tried but i had trouble being consistent. How long before u started seeing them fade?

  • I've been doing it for about 2 months now...so like after the 1st month I really started noticing it. I think it took a little longer because I wasn't using the right exfoliation tool. Like loofahs...they don't work for my skin. I found this heavy duty bamboo thingy at walmart towards the middle of the 1st month, and then things started taking off. You just have to be consistent, and believe me i know its hard...but you can do it!

  • You are right, we see the video persona, you are very bubbly and positive, I love that btw, and it's easy to forget you have down times like everyone else. I don't think anyone ever forgets you are a woman though. Especially not after the 6:30 mark :)

  • Damn Tonya no disrespect But you have such a nice beautiful body on you. And the booty of yours is so nice. But anyways Tonya a good method in losing weight is to stop eating before 8pm. Give the body sometime to digest the food. It will take time to get use to but it works. Also try to drink at least a gallon of water a day. It help's clear out the toxin in the body. Tonya i believe you can do it. Im a huge fan of you and you have thousands of other people that feel the same.

  • weight lifting is the fastest, easiest and most efficient way to lose weight and get a nice athelete body. Building more muscle allows your body to burn calories even when you're not doing anything. It's far more efficient than fan diets, pills walking or running a million miles and aerobics but it seems that because a lot of the ladies refuse to try it. Try it for a month and when you see the results I guarantee you'll never go back to anything else. A lady friend of mind lost 70lbs this way.

  • Thanks dahlin. Actually I LOVE weightlifting. But with my bodytype I have to be careful I build muscle easily. I had a boyfriend who was a body builder and by the end of our relationship I was looking quite manly. I have to always keep in mind to do low weight high repetition, but I like my weights HEAVY. This time around I will definitely incorporate weight training calisthenics

  • Tell us again, what is making you gain weight? Is it too much food or not enough exercise? You like to travel, yes, can I suggest you travel to a state where you can hike for 21 days. That's like one hike a day. The longer, deeper the hike the more weight you'll drop. Colorado or Arizona or New Mexico are very mountainous. If you do Lost Dutchman's mine, you'll drop 5 pounds on just that one hike alone. Just a suggestion from a sister who also gains.

  • Just a bit of scientific information, males produce Estrogen and Progesterone also, just not in the quantities that are produced in females. They are used in males to regulate fertility. It is also suspected that they negatively affect the aging process as their production in the body decreases.

  • I know men produce some "female" hormones much like women produce testosterone.... but if women had more testosterone and men had more estro-progesto then women would be hairy & care about fighting & racing and men would be crying at romantic movies.
