  • @choyleef

    Is this Hung Sing

  • @akinde5 Xin Hui Choy Lee Fut Ancestral Hung Sing Goon

  • I'm a CLF student 10 years now, love your combos.... specialy one I use alot... gwa, punch, charp choi.... awesome! Keep the stuff coming, the world needs more!

  • Excellent. Good to see that Choy Lee Fut is keeping up with the times. Too many Times do we see Kung Fu stick to the traditional method. Its good to keep the classics and culture but to be competitive its has to adjust to changing times. Good video.

  • @skwsith Choy Lay Fut have always been trained like this. Forms, parts of forms (Known as San Sau), sand bags, weights on the wrists and ankles, sparring, wooden dummies for empty hand and different weapons (I believe there's like 17 types) etc.

  • @skwsith agree to a point. I dought anyone in the ufc could win against a shaolin monk...

  • Excelente!! Velocidad, precision y fuerza; buena ejecucion de movimientos de brazos y piernas... QUE GRANDE ES EL ESPIRITU DE CHOY LEE FUT !!!! saludos desde Maracaibo, Venezuela

  • Great style! CLF is one of the hardest styles to fight against! (In my opinion)

  • Muy buena tecnica, excelente habilidad de piernas y brazos muy representativo de lo poderoso que es el sistema Choy lee Fut....nice choy lee fut...saludos de Chile...

  • nice! We train in sydney, china town and train under Master Chan Yong Fa who is a 5th generation master which is really awesome

  • he is my siba(kung fu uncle),he is absolutely awesome!

  • nice technique man, looks very combat effective! im sure u do very well in san sao!

  • Ni hao! Peng you,You have really great gong fu skill....very nice mobile footwork and whipping power, looks really great. ..I see some similarities in The Toisan White Crane I study.Choy Lee Fut is a great powerful style and art, and I admire your dedication, knowledge and skill!

  • Thanks for your praise!

  • Very nice looking techniques. A tornado kick might be a bit risky in a san shou competition. Remember, if you're fighting an imaginary opponent, always keep in mind which part of the body you're attacking.

  • I think you have experience in fighting.but you know,in fightin if the timing is no good and than all the movement will be risky. Thanks for your comment and advice.

  • very well put. and very nice video. i do choy lee fut. and i can see you noy what your doing

  • Muy buena tecnica y lo principal de todo buen estudiante del choy lee fut... mucho espiritu¡¡ :-)

  • how often do you spar?

  • Awsome job, you are definitely a CLF Pro.

  • Very Impressiv! I practise CLF too and I can imagine how much time it could need to get your skills! You show CLF in it's good way of use, thx!

  • Thank you for you praise.I have been practice Kung Fu for the past 20 years!

  • keep practicing :)

  • Yeah thats a given I meant more technical advise, do you have any seeing as I only have 5yrs, enough to get the basics down and I know several forms that I practice daily.

  • You know, practic make perfect!keep on practicing!but don't just practic the movement.that is not enough.besides it, have to practic the mind.I believe you can make it!
