I just started CLF and omg on first day I allready feel more epic :) I learned some stances and how to get power into my punches I feel great! Alot better than my stupid video games! This Martial arts awesome cant wait for more practice! I also have a legend in my school known as Richard Leung who trained with Bruce Lee, damn im lucky :P
I'm a CLF student 10 years now, love your combos.... specialy one I use alot... gwa, punch, charp choi.... awesome! Keep the stuff coming, the world needs more!
Excellent. Good to see that Choy Lee Fut is keeping up with the times. Too many Times do we see Kung Fu stick to the traditional method. Its good to keep the classics and culture but to be competitive its has to adjust to changing times. Good video.
@skwsith Choy Lay Fut have always been trained like this. Forms, parts of forms (Known as San Sau), sand bags, weights on the wrists and ankles, sparring, wooden dummies for empty hand and different weapons (I believe there's like 17 types) etc.
Excelente!!
Peng you,You have really great gong fu skill....very nice mobile footwork and whipping power, looks really great. ..I see some similarities in The Toisan White Crane I study.Choy Lee Fut is a great powerful style and art, and I admire your dedication, knowledge and skill!
Very nice looking techniques. A tornado kick might be a bit risky in a san shou competition. Remember, if you're fighting an imaginary opponent, always keep in mind which part of the body you're attacking.
I think you have experience in fighting.but you know,in fightin if the timing is no good and than all the movement will be risky. Thanks for your comment and advice.
Yeah thats a given I meant more technical advise, do you have any seeing as I only have 5yrs, enough to get the basics down and I know several forms that I practice daily.
You know, practic make perfect!keep on practicing!but don't just practic the movement.that is not enough.besides it, have to practic the mind.I believe you can make it!
