I think of it this way:
Sensitivity: the proportion of all positives that the test picked up
Specificity: the proportion of all negatives that the test picked up
PPV: the likelihood that a positive test result is actually positive
NPV: the likelihood that a negative test result is actually negative
I like the table, but I think it's easier to just remember the definitions, and from there it's obvious how they're calculated.
