everyone talks about rory winning majors... i don't think so this kid really needs to work on his putting and padraig swing is MONEY idk about you guys but his 3 quarter swing looks a little like sir tiger

mcilroy will be no different than any other great young player in the last 10 years, win one maybe two pga tour tournies but never win majors. mcilroy won't be doing so well when he's up playing solid fields week to week on the pga tour, not the shitty european tour.
You have no idea what you're talking about the moron. McIlroy played a number of events on the US tour last year and had very solid finishes, came 3rd in the PGA. He also has the best scoring average on the European Tour, and he's only 20.
@dbs0212 ummm....his finishes on the PGA Tour were much lower than his average finishes on the European Tour. I'm aware that he's a very good young player, but he's no better than Sergio was at that age, and Sergio didn't turn out to be the next Tiger. I'm just saying that there is no way Mcilroy will match what Tiger can do, he simply doesn't have that extra dimension that Tiger has. Tiger's fist pumps and intense mental focus are what sets him apart.

He was a great putter back then, and was an even better ball striker.
