thank you for the use of your condo unit last month....I had a great stay..Located in a great area--very safe and accessible...Bank is only 5 steps away from main entrance , then another 5 steps to mall...Convenient store- 7-11 is right across the building...Unit itself is very clean and safe and everything is in good working condition...Definitely recommended !!!

The condo was as nice as what we had imagined, and I was definitely impressed. The staff (lobby, security, and elevator guy) were also helpful and friendly. Being my first time in the Philippines, I felt really safe staying here, as there are security everywhere.

The location is central and convenient with many restaurants to choose from. Plus every weekend was eventful with live shows every Saturday. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to stay here.

Our 2 week vacation in Manila was made more easier and comfortable by staying in this condo. It was convenient to have restaurants and retail stores at close proximity. This made it easier to get our family & friends to meet us at restaurants & bars at Eastwood. Traffic aside, it also helped that Eastwood was centrally located & close to family/friends. The owner is easy to work with and the condo staff (security/lobby) were very helpful. Thanks again & much success, Chelly!

This is a great place to stay. We were there a month ago for the turnover of our own unit at One Central Park. It was such a great idea to rent in the same building while we're upgrading our place. This condo has everything...2 huge A/C's, fans, full kitchen, pots and pans, etc. The owner has great taste upgrading their unit!  Thanks for making our stay a very pleasant one!

The place is a real home away from home. The unit is furnished accdg. to American standards. The owner is trustworthy and will facilitated all your requests. everybody in the building is pleasant. Definitely a nice place to see and feeel the city.
