In addition to being the most successful recording artist, Gospel artist, all time Concert SELL OUT record holder for eight years straight, most successful muscial act (ratings) ever to appear on TV, and was the ONLY actor whose every movie (and yes in the 60's there were some tiresome scripts) made a financial profit. Definitely is Elvis. Nobody who impersonates Elvis ever gets it quite right. This is exactly right. Listening to Elvis sing is so beautiful but just listening to him talk was almost as good.

This definitely is Elvis talking and singing. This recording is from the 12th December 1976, only a few months before Elvis died. By this time he was well out of it on the drugs and just getting him out of bed and to the stage was a job in itself. A lot of his regular "Memphis Mafia" had left him by this point, as well as a few of his original band who had been loyal since 1969. They all saw him falling apart and couldn't face watching him kill himself anymore.

charlie hodge lived with elvis at graceland for 17yrs.. he didnt just pop in and out his life he actually lived with him at his home, it was his home too for all those yrs.. it dont sound like elvis's voice to me, sorry dont mean to offend

@jtdc86 It is definitely Elvis singing. The reason for the poor quality is that it is an "audience recording". Someone in the audience managed to sneak a tape recorder into the Vegas showroom and recorded the show. There are many, many audience recordings of Elvis shows available as bootleg CDs.
