Ron Paul Would NOT Have Fought the Civil War

Where in the Constitution does it say the Federal government gets to buy slaves. Alot of these Ron Paul guys think the Lousianna purchase was illegal and needs to be reversed but they have no problem with the govermment buying American slaves.

The real hole in Ron Paul's argument is that the South, not the North, started the Civil War. If the Union wanted a war so bad, then why was it the the Confederates started the war and not the Union?
