  • its a wonderful trailer i agree with your portrayl of sharon i think she got so much abuse in the series that was undeserved wonderful trailer and ignore these idiotic comments by people to stupid to read the summary before they complain or post moranic coments

  • yes but its so bad i dunno how you can ever believe it was a 'real' movie trailer.

  • @mrmalal I know it's not real, but other then the misleading title it actually is done well. It doesn't deserve all the shit that everyone's giving it.

  • Had me going there; for about .0068 sec.

  • I am so bored of being mislead by fan made trailers not telling you what they are in the title. Sigh.

This underhanded shickanery might get you views, but it gets you hate, be honest and you'll get less views, but no hate

  • Smallville "Absolute Justice" FRIDAY, FEB 5 ON THE CW!

  • they do know this is just a load of clips for the series ya ? not a movie at all in fact .... just asking

  • If ur gonna make a 'trailer' atleast put 'fan made' in the title as to not give people the wrong impression

  • Pfft, please...

There's already a Battlestar TV movie in production; The Plan.

Look it up next time instead of making unnecessary rubbish like this.

  • ZMOONCHILD: The big difference is that the 2 shows were made for different audiences. Original BSG was made to get the Star Wars crowd. New series was never intended for a younger audience. It's one thing to imply without showing that princess leia is being tortured by darth vader in star wars as opposed to showing vader torturing leia. Star wars would have had an R rating if Lucas had done that. Both tell the same story, but one you wouldn't let your younger kids watch the graphic one.

  • Fake

  • Oh dear, you just cut some clips from episodes and mixed them up to some music to create a faux trailer.

This sort of thing would have been worth show boating years back but these days everyone and there cat is into editing movie's ever since the free windows movie maker.

I still see you have a few positive comments but generally this is not really post worthy unless you actually enjoy flames....

  • I have a feeling that the actual feature film will be more family friendly, which RDM's version was not, which will be a good change of pace.

  • TAAA who the hell wants family friendly? That would just retard this show to the fullest potential. If yoiu dont want your kids hearing frazk then just juice them on fucking barny or somthing.

  • Since when is the virtual end of the human race being family friendly?

    You lost me on that.

The old Battlesatr Galactica was good, but you can't have happy "family friendly" storylines when most of civilization is gone and destroyed...

Here's the plot from the original Battlerstar Galactica movie (from 1978):

Our people and our homes are destroyed, but let's go to a disco planet and have a wacky adventure. WTF?

  • Go watch the TV series(including the original unedited pilot) The movie version is not a good way to judge TOS.

  • I believe the family friendly part

Captmiloman was referring to was the fact that there wasn't a near rape on screen, the fact that Boxey ended up being a part of several stories which showed that their world was gone but the family still survives. Larson was a mormon and it shows greatly in the show, especially the parts about family relationships. His own kids were in one or two of the later episodes (the ones with Paradeen).

  • sounds good, but Boxey's family didn't survive.. His mother was shot and killed early in the series, and his real father was never even shown, was he?

And you know that a near-rape scene would have never made it to commercial television in the 1970's. I'm not saying that Glen A. Larson would have ever added it then, but he was on staff as a consulting producer for the newer show.

I never heard him complain about it, or even question it. Where were his Mormon values then? He could have left.

  • his step-father and step-grandfather did. Look, I'm not saying the old show is better than the new. Serena was shot when they found Kobol (second episode) after Apollo and her married. And did Boxey live on to be Troy in Galactica 1980? Answer is Yes (played by Kent McCord) Of course that series was awful.

G.A.L. was only a consultant to the new series. He could squack about it and they don't have to listen to him as he already took the money to let them make the series.

  • Nicely edited. Good job :-)

  • cool

  • If you wanna watch this so called 'movie' I suggest you watch Battlestar Galactica!!

  • very cool mate

  • Now why can't they make that movie? I'd go see it and it might even make my non-sci-fi friends want to watch it.

  • Nicely Done!!

  • Yeah, it would be nice to watch THAT movie...:)

  • the effects of the words... coming in r not good...
